Hi, I’m Aleksandra Spivak - startup builder and founder mentor. For over 10 years, I’ve helped early-stage startups grow - as a founder, CEO, product lead, and advisor. I’ve built products from scratch, led teams, and guided founders from idea to launch, fundraising, and beyond. Currently, I head the startup lab at Mellow.io, where we create AI-powered tools for freelancers and the companies that hire them - helping both sides work smarter and faster. I’m also building Dialaki.com - a soulful platform for meaningful offline gatherings and community-driven events. As a mentor, I bring clarity, empathy, and a practical, no-BS approach.
